Thanks...
For this year or semester I would like to give thanks to a few people who helped me out during school. The first people I would like to thank would be my parents for their support throughout the semester even though sometimes it becomes kind of annoying, but still I thank them. The second people on the thank you list would be my close friends who have also helped every time I needed them. The third group of people I would like to thank are my classmates and teachers who have helped me with my work and studies and support my stupidity during the whole year. Most important of all I thank God because he has given me the opportunity for an excellent education, and a chance to go on to college and get a great job. I thank all those who have helped me during the year and throughout my life. I love you all.

Courageous
This movie has a very specific topic that can be seen throughout the movie and it is not something that should be ignored. The main idea of the movie is that fathers, or parents, should do their best, and not just be "a good enough father" as it says in the movie. During part of the presentation some statistics are given that when a father is absent in the life of a child he or she is a lot more likely to drop out of school, use drugs, and to follow the same destructive patterns of his or her father. Does this mean that if every father is present in the life of his child there would be a lot less crime in the world? Yes, that is exactly what it means. Does this mean that when we grow up and have our own children we should cherish every moment we have with them because those moments will mold who they will become? What do you think?
